As women, Jiu Jitsu Dynamix will deliver the skills you need through a specific and well-designed women’s only Jiu Jitsu program. This program focusses on techniques using leverage, balance and timing to be effective against people of any size.

First two lessons are free!

Weds 10AM -11AM

All you need is comfortable workout clothes to start.

If you cannot make our Women’s only day class, we suggest our Friday night Jiu Jitsu fundamentals class which is at 6PM -7PM or just come and join any of our mixed adult classes (check out our timetable).
