Jiu Jitsu Dynamix uses the most current methods of calisthenics, body weight training, pad work and mixed martial arts skills.

Strength and conditioning exercises are important to complement Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial arts sessions to improve fitness and reduce the risks of injury.

Some members enrol with Jiu Jitsu Dynamix simply to participate in the strength and conditioning sessions, without doing the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu sessions. People of all fitness levels as welcome.
